Managing Project Risk and Driving Business Efficiency

Spring 2010 Seminars

Union Square are running a series of seminars throughout 2010 which will bring together organisations from across the construction supply chain, to inform, educate and debate a series of industry specific challenges.  To support the discussions, a number of leading contracting, design and engineering practices will deliver practical demonstrations of how they have leveraged Union Square’s Portal technology to drive efficiencies and mitigate project and business risk.

The 2010 Spring Seminar programme is focused on subjects which are recognised as key challenges in the management of information within the construction industry.  Topics include Quality Management to Mitigate Project Risk, Project Email: Taming the BeastEffective Tendering & Supply Chain Management, Integrated Project Accounting for AEC Practices, and Driving Innovation: Technology for Construction SMEs.  At each seminar there will be a cross section of content including presentations from Union Square clients on how they are driving practical benefits through their day-to-day use of Workspace™ in a particular area, a presentation from an external industry expert, and a Workspace product demonstration.

These seminars provide an excellent opportunity to benchmark your business and project operations, as well as an opportunity to network and knowledge share.  Speakers have been selected based on the strength of their domain knowledge and expertise within a particular construction information management area.  We are confident that you will find the seminars relevant, informative and educational.
